My name is Sue. My work has focused on helping individuals and organizations move toward growth and flourishing. I am a woman of faith and of hope in change. My background is varied and includes many different seasons.

Trees: Offer life and the ability to flourish. They support wildlife, conserve water, protect soil, and produce oxygen. In short, life around them can thrive.
You. A person of giftings and of infinite value. Every human being is packaged with much to offer the world and those around them. Life and relationships around them can flourish.
What if that is not true for you? What if you are not flourishing? Are you feeling stagnant and limited rather than reaching toward the things you want to do and see accomplished? Do your relationships offer times of deep connection and support or are they lacking? Are you burned out, tired, or in a context which doesn’t fit anymore? Do you feel like you repeat patterns unhelpful to you and those in your world?
Since character is the makeup of who we are at the core of ourselves, it affects how we do life and relationships. It is at this level where change needs to happen for life to flourish. Deep, transformational change is possible. So how do we get there?
It takes support. I help people move toward deeper change. The kind of change that helps us navigate circumstances, life seasons, and relationships with greater impact. With deep roots, we can weather storms and continue to grow and flourish no matter the season.
A journey together toward something different than the status quo is possible. It takes some bravery to get there but it is well worth the journey. I offer small group opportunities and one on one leadership mentoring.

I offer a small group experience delving into personal growth and leadership issues. This experience allows you to dive deep into the core of who you are and benefit from a cohort of others doing the same thing. Group members process issues standing in the way of movement toward greater effectiveness in their personal and professional lives. The experience is enriching and enlightening.
